Of course everyone knows that yogurt parfaits consist of fresh fruit layered with yogurt and granola. What makes these delicious little travel-friendly parfaits different is the addition of nutritious and delicious Strawberry Chia Jam.

This delightful, healthier fruit spread not only adds a little touch of sweetness, but also takes this parfait’s fresh strawberry flavor to a whole new level of yum!

DIY Grab-n-Go Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits

These travel-ready Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits are super easy to make. Just follow the simple steps below for a delicious and healthy breakfast-on-the-go!

What You'll Need:
• 8oz Mason Jars
• 2oz Condiment Cups
• Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or make your own)
Strawberry Chia Jam (or your favorite all-natural jam)
• Diced Fresh Strawberries (or your favorite seasonal berries)
• Gluten-Free Granola (or Grain-Free Granola)

Step 1: Gather your ingredients, mason jars and mini condiment cups. (You can find 2oz. condiment cups at stores like Walmart, Target and Michaels.)

Start by adding two tablespoons of plain or vanilla Greek Yogurt to the bottom of each half-pint mason jar. To save time, create a little assembly line and repeat this same step for each jar before moving on to the next layer.

Step 2: Add two tablespoons of Strawberry Chia Jam, or your favorite all-natural fruit jam. Chia jam is my personal favorite because of it's slightly sweet, fresh fruit flavor. However, you can also use all-fruit jams or preserves.

Step 3: Add another tablespoon or two of plain or vanilla Greek Yogurt to the top of the jam. Now, it's starting to look like a delicious parfait!

Step 4: Add a handful of fine-diced strawberries (or your favorite seasonal fruit). If using mini condiment cups for the granola, create a little well in the center of the diced fruit so the cup fits securely in the jar. By placing the fruit layer on top of the yogurt it will help to keep the little condiment cup from getting messy.

Step 5: Fill the mini condiment cups with your favorite granola. I like to use Udi's Gluten-Free Granola (as shown above) or my delicious grain-free granola. Another delicious crunchy option is to simply use your favorite sliced or fine-chopped nuts.

Step 6: Place the mini granola cup in the jar. Cover and seal using the mason jar lid. The 2oz condiments cups fit perfectly in half-pint jars. I love using these little cups because they ensure the granola stays nice-n-crunchy!

Refrigerate these beautiful little fruit & yogurt parfaits for up to one week for an quick-n-healthy breakfast that you can literally grab and go!

Step 7: When you're ready to enjoy these scrumptious little parfaits, simply remove the mason jar lid, sprinkle a little granola on top and ENJOY!

That's the beauty of storing the granola in these little condiment cups – they not only keep the granola crisp, but also enable you to add a little at a time, so you can enjoy a delicious crunch with every scrumptious bite! Yum!
