As part of our ministry, we're happy to share FREE whole-food meal plans all year long! Our new 2023 format provides monthly meal plans featuring four weeks of easy, family-friendly meals with links to each of the delicious recipes featured.

In addition, each meal plan includes one of our favorite gluten-free “Weekend Treat” dessert recipes that the whole family will love whether or not they’re living a gluten-free lifestyle!

Each week, you’ll save time and energy with 6+ “Meals from 3 Mains!” In other words, each week’s meal plan includes three main dishes that easily transform into six or more family-friendly meals. (If you’re like most moms – pressed for time and energy – we’re certain you’ll love this easy method for getting healthy dinners on the table – that your family love – a whole lot faster and easier!)

How to download our free whole food meal plans … Simply click on each of the two graphics below and save each meal plan pdf to your computer for easy access. Then, open the pdf from your computer and click on the links within the meal plan pdf to gain instant access to each of the recipes. (Please note, some mobile devices and tablets are not able to open links within a pdf. So be sure to save the meal plan to your computer for easiest access to the recipes.)
