Feb 9 When You are Ready for Some Organization in Your Life

Do you have any New Year’s Resolutions or a Word for the year? I usually come out of the gate on January 1st ready to share every goal I’ve written down --everything from organization -this is on my list EVERY year- to spiritual growth in my family and more! But this year I’ve been taking my time. Around mid-December I started a long and slow process to really planning what my personal goals would be for 2021. I can tend to move ahead of God and so, I gave myself permission to take it slow, enjoy the process. It has been amazing how God has revealed Himself and opened my eyes to what He has for me.

My word I landed on for the year is Purposed. All of my other goals flow out of that one word and more specifically out of four categories: Purposed Work, Purposed Home, Purposed Play, and Purposed Rest. Here is my vision board I created:

Being purposed takes resolve and intention. That is what I feel like I really lacked last year. Yes, I had resolve and intention, but it just wasn’t consistent. And it lacked organization. Okay, I’m possibly being a bit hard on myself but we are all a work in progress right? My goals for this year are there to really help me sort out and organize each of those four categories to live a more purposed life overall.

I have lots of different things I’ll be utilizing and putting into place for each category, but one tool I am SO thrilled I am using specifically for my Purposed Home category is a wall organization system. Literally, a company called 1Thrive reached out to me without even knowing that purpose and organization are a large part of my goals for the year and asked if I’d like to try their organization system. Um, yes please! I’m so excited to share it with you today. The wall organization system could really be used to organize home or work. As you can see in the picture below, I’m choosing to use it for my home! I love it!

Like I said the boards are super easy to remove and move around. There are simple hooks on the back!
