Do you have new year's goals around fitness that are fizzing already? Us too. That's why we love this personal approach, assessment and results. Not only that, but this is all about the heart! Join us?

As a fitness instructor and health coach, I get the chance to talk to so many women about their health...the struggles, motivators, road blocks, frustrations, highlights and more. No two women are the same. Sure- there are some common threads I see but there is no one-size-fits-all approach or answer to get you to your health goals.

It takes you to "own" your health and become the detective as to why things may or may not work. Now I get that many of you are like, "Clare, I have a life. I'm not educated in health. Isn't that what you are for?" Well, yes and no. There is no doubt that God has given us people who are educated in fitness, nutrition, and life balance, but you are the only one who can take that info and apply it to your own life. 

I created this 18-day guide to help you walk through some of the things I would ask you if you were one of my personal health clients! These are the questions that I walk you through week after week as we find that "perfect-for-now" plan for you! *Note: This challenge was done "live" at one time on my blog but this is now just an info piece for you to take and use as you need. I will not be running it live this month! 

Introduction

Week 1: Physical Assessment

This week will focus on the physical aspect of your health. So you'll be food journaling and taking note of things like when your cravings occur, how much sleep you got and more. 

Week 2: Personality Assessment

Week 2 focuses on your personality which I'm sure you're wondering why on earth you would want to do that, but it's SO important to look into our history, natural inclinations, strengths, and weaknesses. When we understand the WHY, we are more apt to stick with the HOW no matter how hard it gets. You may find some things that you never thought were key to your health success. 

Week 3: Spiritual Assessment

Our spiritual lives relate to our physical lives in more ways than one! The longer I live it out and walk alongside women, the more I see this to be true. In the 3rd and final week of the assessment, I am going to walk you through some questions about your spiritual life which will hopefully get you thinking about your health walk too.

Wrap-Up

This is a self-guided assessment but I encourage you to find a friend, or group of friends who might have interest in this same area and do it together!
