Happy 4th of July! Holiday Menu

Celebrate Independence Day with an easy and delicious holiday menu that will help you spend more time with your family and friends, and less time in the kitchen! Hosting a fun and relaxing Fourth of July celebration starts with planning a simple, yet delicious, menu that allows you to make much of it in advance. That way, you can quickly pull it all together for a stress-free, delicious meal!

Grilled Turkey-Veggie Burgers

No-Bake Baked Beans

Apple-Carrot Coleslaw

Grandma's Cultured Potato Salad

Red, White & Blueberry Cupcakes

These tasty Turkey-Veggie Burgers can easily be made ahead and kept in your freezer – just defrost overnight in the frig, then pop on the grill when ready to serve. The delightful Apple-Carrot Coleslaw can be pre-prepped a day or so in advance and then tossed together a few hours before guests arrive. The No-Bake Baked Beans and Cultured Potato Salad are perfect make-ahead dishes, and in fact these taste even better when the flavors have had a chance to meld overnight.

And last, but not least, these festive Red, White & Blueberry Cupcakes can also be made in advance by simply baking your favorite mini-cupcakes and decorating them with fresh organic blueberries and strawberries.

Many blessings as you enjoy this special holiday with your friends and family! And, let’s not forget, with all the festivities, to take some time to be thankful to God for our country and remember those who’ve given their lives for the freedoms we enjoy!

Joyfully Serving Him, Kelly
