I would love to do that. I use Excel for the meal plan and sadly it’s impossible (to my knowledge) to have individual hyperlinks in the cells that will translate over into a jpeg image. Of course, if you are or know of someone who’s a techno-wizard, I’d love to have someone who is willing to help with our free meal plan ministry in providing some technical support. Blessings, Kelly :)

Kelly, yeah, after looking at it a little (and I am no techno person myself) it looks like it might work in a PDF file. Thank you so much for the meal planning tips!

Tried that to no avail. It’s the issue with Excel. I would need to use a design program that retains hyperlinks (so I’ve been told). Something I’ll have to see if I can afford as the Lord permits. But I don’t want to charge for the meal plans, as this is a ministry. I’ll keep looking into it and seeing what I might be able to do with regard to time and resources. In the meantime, I hope these free meal plans inspire you and others to incorporate this time-, money- and stress-saving habit into your daily life. Blessings, Kelly :)

I just wanted to say thank you so much for providing this. I struggle with breakfast and lunch ideas particularly, and most sites that I have been on for meal planning only provide ideas for dinner. So thanks!
