(3500 calories = 1 pound of fat) You can increase your activity which will help the calorie burn too! Here are 6 ways that you can drop 500 calories in one day. Chances are you encounter one if not many of these areas in which to improve.

Cut the creamer or decrease the amount you put in your coffee.
