The Meaning Of Marriage is a great book. Loved it! I also read Into The Free. It was a good piece of fiction writing. Grace For The Good Girl was a good read too in 2012. I started One Thousand Gifts but was not drawn to it and stopped reading it, will try again in 2013. Also on my list for 2013 is Sally Clarkson’s Dancing With My Father. Nancy Leigh DeMoss’s Choosing Forgiveness and Brokenness are ones I would like to read as well. Also Women Connecting With Women. We will see how far I get. The Lord has been putting on my heart to start a breakfast book club in my home on Saturday mornings. Thanks for all the comments and this post to get me started.

Out of the many books I’ve read, Unbroken and From Dust and Ashes make my top 5 list. Things We Couldn’t Say by Diet Eman is a great memoir I would recommend about a Dutch resistance worker who is taken to a concentration camp during WWII. :) And Unbroken – WOW. No words for that. Louis Zamperini was a fine Christian man. His memoir, which is a little more balanced (focuses more on his Olympic career as well as Christian life) is also a fantastic read.

Thanks for this list! I just added the 20 that I hadn’t read to my goodreads “to read” list! I’ma bout to start THREE LITTLE WORDS and have heard good things about it. It’s a memoir of a girl that was adopted out of the foster system. :)
