Start off with a simple wedge salad -it's so easy to make because of the minimal chopping!  He will love the homemade blue cheese dressing {which is also so easy to make and so worth it}.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin hot off the grill. {Don't be afraid of the grill…this amazing marinade helps make a very delicious and juicy piece of meat regardless of your expertise!}

Speedy Gourmet Green Beans- Effortless but as delicious as ever! He will never know how simple this was for you to prepare.

Mashed Redskins- What “Meat and Potatoes Man” would refuse this hearty and butter side dish?

While you are eating, place this Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie in the oven.  Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream {Make this ahead of time and place in the refrigerator until ready to bake}.

* Additional quick “fillers” for this meal could be freshly cut watermelon, boiled or grilled corn on the cob, baked rolls, and/or homemade cornbread with honey butter. All require minimal effort but are delicious sides.

Happy Father's Day!
